The Panic Pod

This is Joshua Fletcher’s podcast.  It will sound remarkably similar to my podcast in many ways and I fully endorse Josh’s knowledge and approach to anxiety disorders.

Your Anxiety Toolkit

Kimberley Quinlan does a fabulous job with this podcast. I cannot recommend it enough. She has some extra emphasis on OCD and also covers topics like eating disorders and body focused repetitive behaviors.

All The Hard Things

If you want a podcast that will sound like the female version of me, that would be Jenna Overbaugh’s podcast, all the hard things. Jenna is strongly convicted about this approach to OCD and anxiety and always brings useful information and a helpful kick in the butt.
