Anxiety Recovery Coaching

I make virtually all my information and advice on anxiety recovery available freely through my podcast and social media channels. In addition, my books are a very low cost way to obtain that information in a more detailed and logically presented format. I encourage everyone to check both the podcast and my books as your first resources. For those that feel that they will benefit from one-on-one anxiety recovery coaching, I am making a few coaching slots available as of October 1, 2020.

Do you need an anxiety recovery coach?

This is a hard question to answer.  You may have multiple reasons for seeking a recovery coach.  You may be seeking clarification or a deeper discussion or understanding of something you read in my books or heard me say online. You may be in need of motivation and encouragement from someone that has both lived the experience you are living and is an established expert in anxiety and anxiety disorders. You may look to a recovery coach to help you build and execute an anxiety recovery plan.  You may be seeking someone to keep you accountable as you embark on your anxiety recovery journey.

You may be seeking a combination of all of these things.  There’s no right or wrong reason to hire a recovery coach. Whatever your circumstance and situation, it is valid and it matters!

What can you expect from me?

I can’t speak for what other coaches are doing.  I can briefly explain my approach to anxiety recovery coaching. This 3 minute video is designed to give you an initial impression of what to expect from me.  Take a few minutes to watch before going on.

Pricing

We can discuss the cost of coaching services in detail once we’ve determined that we are a good fit for each other.  In general, my prices range from $125 per hour for a package of 8 sessions to $160/hour for a single session. I will try to accommodate you if you need reduced pricing. All sessions are a full one hour long and take place via Zoom, Skype or Google Meet.

Let’s chat to see if we should work together.

If you like what you heard in my coaching video above, a good first step is for us to chat a bit to get to know each other.  Before we move forward we need to see if we are a good fit in terms of the client/coach relationship.  I’m happy to take 20 minutes via video or voice call to discuss your situation and answer any questions you may have concerning the recovery process and my coaching services.

In order to arrange your free coaching consultation appointment, please take a moment and fill out the following confidential form.  This will give me an idea of what you’re dealing with so that I can be prepared for our call.  I want you to get the most out of every minute we spend together, even if you don’t hire me, so this preliminary step is time well spent.
